1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "kz99" or "the Platform" refers to the online casino and sports betting service operated at kz99.asia, including all sub-pages, features, games, and related services.
• "You" or "the Player" refers to any individual who registers an account, accesses the Platform, or uses any service offered by kz99.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by You on the kz99 Platform.
• "Balance" means the total BDT funds held in your kz99 Account at any given time, including both real-money funds and any bonus funds separately designated as such.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spin winnings, or incentive amounts credited to your Account by kz99 and subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Real Money Funds" means BDT amounts deposited directly by You via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or any other accepted payment method.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount or deposit must be staked on eligible games before it may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity, age, and payment-method verification process that kz99 may require at any stage of the account lifecycle.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), the time zone under which kz99 operates its support and transaction processing functions.

2. Eligibility

Access to and use of the kz99 Platform is subject to the following eligibility conditions, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout the period of account use:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. kz99 enforces a strict 21+ policy. If it is established at any point that you were under 21 at the time of registration or at the time of any deposit, kz99 reserves the right to void all winnings, close the account, and return deposits at its sole discretion.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You must be a natural person. Corporations, trusts, partnerships, and other legal entities are not permitted to hold a kz99 Account.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or agent of kz99, nor a close family member of such a person.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order on kz99 or on any affiliated platform.
• You must hold a valid and active mobile wallet or bank account in Bangladesh (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or another accepted payment method) for the purpose of deposits and withdrawals.

kz99 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

3. Account Registration

To use the kz99 Platform, you must complete the registration process and create an Account. The following conditions apply to all kz99 Accounts:

• One account per person: Each player may hold only one active kz99 Account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
• Accurate information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and payment method details. You must notify kz99 promptly of any changes to your registered details.
• Account credentials: You are responsible for keeping your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials confidential. You must not share your account credentials with any third party or permit any other person to access or use your Account.
• Account security: You must notify kz99 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. kz99 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.
• Verification: kz99 may conduct KYC verification at registration or at any subsequent time. Accounts may be restricted from withdrawal until KYC is satisfactorily completed. Documents requested may include government-issued photo identification and proof of payment method ownership.

kz99 reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close any Account at its absolute discretion without being required to provide a reason, provided that any Real Money Funds held in a closed Account are returned to the player via the original deposit method after deducting any applicable bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the kz99 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and other methods as notified from time to time on the kz99 Platform. kz99 does not accept cash deposits or transfers from third-party payment accounts not registered in your name.
• Minimum deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200 unless otherwise stated at the time of a specific promotional offer.
• Deposit processing: Deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically credited to your kz99 Balance within 60 seconds of a confirmed transaction. kz99 accepts no responsibility for delays caused by the payment provider's systems.
• Minimum withdrawal: The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawal processing: Withdrawal requests submitted during BST business hours are typically processed within 24 hours. Withdrawal requests may be subject to KYC verification and additional review where kz99 identifies unusual account activity.
• Withdrawal method: Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. kz99 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawal requests above ৳50,000.
• Currency: kz99 does not offer multi-currency accounts. All balances, bets, winnings, and transactions are denominated exclusively in BDT.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

kz99 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and enhanced odds promotions. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless specific promotional terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements as clearly stated at the time the offer is presented. Unless otherwise specified, the standard wagering requirement for bonus funds is 30x the bonus amount on eligible casino games.
• Bonuses must be claimed within the timeframe specified in the offer. Unclaimed bonuses expire automatically.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Only Real Money Funds in excess of the bonus amount may be withdrawn prior to completion of wagering requirements, in which case the remaining bonus funds will be forfeited.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games and certain table games may contribute at a reduced rate (for example, 10%) while video slots typically contribute at 100%. The contribution rates for each game category are displayed in the promotional terms at the time of the offer.
• kz99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Where a promotional offer is withdrawn, players who have already accepted and begun wagering on that offer will be permitted to complete the applicable wagering requirement under the original terms.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, exploiting low-edge games to complete wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to manipulate promotional outcomes — is strictly prohibited and will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and potential permanent account suspension.

6. Game Rules

kz99 offers casino games, live dealer games, and sports betting markets. The following general rules apply across all game types:

• Casino and live casino games: All casino games and live dealer games on kz99 are provided by licensed third-party software providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Hacksaw Gaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The rules of each individual game are governed by the rules published by the respective game provider and displayed within the game interface.
• Random Number Generation: All casino games use certified random number generation (RNG) systems. Game outcomes are statistically independent and cannot be predicted, manipulated, or influenced by kz99, the game provider, or any player.
• Sports betting: All sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant event as published by the governing body. kz99 reserves the right to void bets in the event of a technical error, incorrect odds publication, or circumstances that materially affect the integrity of an event.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets and are displayed within the game interface or betting market at the time of placing a wager.
• Technical failures: In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or system error that interrupts an active game round, kz99 will use its best efforts to resolve the round in the player's favour based on the game state at the time of the interruption. Where resolution is not possible, the stake for the affected round will be returned to the player's Balance.
• Disputed results: If you believe a game result or bet settlement is incorrect, you must raise a dispute with kz99 support at [email protected] within 30 days of the relevant event. Disputes raised after this period will not be considered.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kz99 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one Account or registering an Account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, macros, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Colluding with other players to fix game outcomes, share hole cards in poker variants, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in games or the Platform. Any winnings derived from exploitation of a software error are void and will be reversed.
• Using the Platform in connection with money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity. kz99 is required to report suspicious activity to relevant authorities and cooperates fully with law enforcement investigations.
• Charging back or reversing any deposit transaction after wagering has occurred. Any account subject to a chargeback will be immediately suspended pending investigation.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited without disclosure, or using a VPN or proxy service to conceal your true geographic location.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the kz99 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, databases, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and game interfaces — is the intellectual property of kz99 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the kz99 Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any software component of the Platform.
• Use any kz99 trademark, logo, or brand name without prior written consent.
• Frame, mirror, or scrape any part of the Platform for any commercial purpose.

kz99 reserves all rights not expressly granted in these Terms. Any unauthorised use of kz99's intellectual property will constitute a breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal liability.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kz99 excludes all liability for losses or damages of any kind arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Gambling losses incurred as a result of placing bets or wagers on the Platform.
• Loss of data, loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or any indirect or consequential loss.
• Interruptions to, or unavailability of, the Platform caused by maintenance, technical failure, or events beyond kz99's reasonable control.
• Errors or inaccuracies in game outcomes, odds, or account balances that are promptly corrected by kz99 upon discovery.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security over your credentials.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits kz99's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. kz99's total aggregate liability to you under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds deposited by you in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Responsible Gaming

kz99 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools that help players maintain control over their gaming activity. The following responsible gaming provisions apply to all Account holders:

• Age restriction: kz99 is strictly for players aged 21 and above. Any player found to be under the age of 21 will have their Account immediately closed and all funds returned to the deposit method.
• Deposit limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly BDT deposit limits on your Account at any time via account settings. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before taking effect. Requests to decrease a deposit limit take effect immediately.
• Session limits: You may configure session duration limits and reality-check notifications that alert you at defined intervals during an active session.
• Cooling-off periods: You may request a cooling-off period of between 24 hours and 30 days. During a cooling-off period, your Account will be temporarily suspended from all wagering activity.
• Self-exclusion: You may request permanent self-exclusion from the kz99 Platform by contacting [email protected]. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours of a confirmed request. During the self-exclusion period, kz99 will take reasonable steps to prevent you from re-registering, and any marketing communications will cease immediately.

If you believe that your gambling is becoming a problem, kz99 encourages you to make use of the responsible gaming tools available on the Platform and to seek independent support. Responsible gaming is a shared responsibility between kz99 and its players. kz99 does not offer credit and will not encourage players to continue playing after a loss.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

kz99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe after a request has been made.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• At the player's own request, including where a self-exclusion request has been submitted.
• Where kz99 determines, at its sole discretion, that continuing to operate your Account presents an unacceptable commercial or legal risk.

Upon closure of an Account in good standing, any Real Money Funds remaining in the Balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after completion of any pending wagering requirements on active bonus funds. Bonus funds in an Account closed at your request that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited.

12. Amendments to These Terms

kz99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, kz99 will provide notice via the Platform website or by email to your registered address at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the kz99 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the amendments take effect. 13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute arising from or in connection with them or your use of the kz99 Platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. kz99 operates as a safe and reliable platform using SSL encryption and fair-play certified technology. kz99 does not make representations about regulatory approval from any specific governmental body.

In the event of a dispute between you and kz99 arising from these Terms or from any transaction on the Platform, both parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute through direct negotiation first. Disputes that cannot be resolved by negotiation may be referred to binding arbitration. kz99's decision on all game and sports betting outcomes is final and binding, subject to manifest error.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
